Home Team designs custom knit spiritwear for schools. This policy explains what information we collect through wearhometeam.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to respond to your inquiry.

When you submit the "Start Your Program" form, we collect the details you enter: your school's name and location, mascot or team name, school colors, your name, email address, role or department, and any notes you add. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom-program proposal.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data — such as IP address and request metadata — to deliver the site securely and guard against abuse. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and a notification is emailed to our team through Resend, our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with these service providers, as needed to operate the site, or where required by law.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to evaluate and service a potential program relationship, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have shared with us. Email hello@wearhometeam.com and we will respond promptly.

This site and its intake form are intended for school staff and administrators, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
